Use of our services

You may use our services only in compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws. You agree not to misuse the services, interfere with their normal operation, or attempt to access them using a method other than the interfaces we provide.

Purchases and licenses

Our productivity apps are sold as a one-time purchase. Buying an app grants you a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use that version of it for its intended purpose. Where an app is bought through a third-party store, that store’s refund policy applies.

Accounts

Some features may require an account. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account and for keeping your credentials secure.

Intellectual property

Our services, including software, content, and trademarks, are owned by PertLabs or our licensors and are protected by law. Content you create with our apps remains yours.

Disclaimers

Our services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the services will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PertLabs will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the services.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
