This Privacy Policy explains how PertLabs Inc (“PertLabs”, “we”, “us”) handles information in connection with our website at pert.pro and our apps.

The short version

Our productivity apps do their work on your device. PertScribe transcribes audio locally on your Mac: your recordings and transcripts are never uploaded to us, and we have no way to read them. There is no account to create, and we do not sell personal information. The app downloads its speech model from a third-party host the first time you set one up, and checks our update feed for new versions; neither request carries your audio or your transcripts.

Information we collect

Our website is static and does not require an account. We do not use advertising or analytics trackers on it. Depending on the app, we may collect limited information needed to operate the service, such as:

• Your email address, if you write to us for support or buy an app directly from us.
• Basic technical and diagnostic data, such as device type and crash logs, where you have opted in to sending it.
• For Mazebert TD only: a player name and the gameplay data required to deliver online features such as cloud saves and syncing.

PertScribe does not fall under that last item. It has no server component, so there is no gameplay-style account data, no uploaded audio, and no stored transcripts on our side.

How we use information

We use information to operate, maintain, and improve our apps, to provide support, and to keep our services secure. We do not use your information to serve third-party advertising.

Sharing

We share information only with service providers who help us run our services (for example, hosting, payment processing, and email delivery), and only as needed for those purposes, or where required by law.

Data retention

We keep information for as long as needed to provide our services and to meet legal obligations, then delete or anonymize it.

Your choices

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by emailing contact@pert.pro. For data that only ever existed on your own device, deleting it in the app is enough — we never held a copy.

Children’s privacy

Our apps are not directed to children under the age of 13, or under 16 in jurisdictions where that is the applicable minimum, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new “last updated” date.
